Required qualifications: a PhD degree from a reputed university in Electrical and Computer Engineering or a closely related field. The successful candidate should have academic leadership capabilities and possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills. Only active researchers with a growing scientific profile will be considered. Applicants with top publications relative to the area of work in IEEE journals, Nature, Science etc will only be considered.

 

The NU campus is located in Nur-Sultan, the capital of Kazakhstan, in the heart of the new and modern Left-Bank region of the city. Incoming faculty will enjoy a cosmopolitan living experience, interwoven with traditional cultural influences in food and entertainment. Initial appointment is on a 3-year renewable contract and subsequent appointments can be 5-year/3-year renewable subject to annual performance reviews.
